A bounded enforcement vertical slice
The current application persists ActionEnvelopes, decisions, review cases, protected-token records, and linked ledger records in its server-side Convex datastore. It is not presented as a complete production enforcement platform.
Current scope
- Invariant precedence is deterministic and precedes policy or scores.
- Protected token verification binds the exact actor, agent, tool, action, target, parameters, environment, expiry, and one use.
- Detached signing, external tool adapters, external databases, queues, and monitoring are not configured in this deployment.
