Current pilot data practices
Scope
This notice describes the current EthosGate pilot storefront and workspace. It is not a representation of regional residency, customer-managed keys, regulated-data readiness, or a production data-processing agreement.
Information processed
When authorized users use the workspace, EthosGate processes the information provided for account access and workspace operation. The workspace stores workspace-scoped decision requests, evidence references, review records, and audit information needed to operate the pilot.
Avoid sensitive data
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment data, special-category personal data, or confidential production records to public pages or pilot evaluation inputs unless a separate written agreement explicitly permits it.
Analytics
Product analytics are disabled by default. This public site does not currently provide a consent preference center.
Retention and requests
Formal retention schedules, deletion workflows, and residency controls are not configured as public pilot commitments. For access or data questions, use the pilot contact form. The current service scope is also described in the Terms.
