Current operational boundaries
Operating mode
EthosGate currently operates as a Shadow + Advisory pilot. Evaluation records do not authorize execution. A signed protected-tool enforcement boundary is not represented as production-ready here.
Evaluation and learning
The evaluator applies deterministic invariant-first controls and records operational TIS, HAI, and SRQ approximations. Dataset and model candidates require source, license, provenance, integrity, replay, adversarial, human approval, shadow, and rollback gates. There is no automatic activation, training, or live dataset scraping during a decision.
Corpus provenance
Approved packages retain source mappings, commit/hash provenance, attribution, and coverage blockers. A package is never described as complete unless critical mappings are verified.
Security and privacy
Public API access fails closed until server-side tenant configuration and an API credential are configured. Do not submit provider keys, passwords, or regulated production data to the pilot.
